GEAR PUMP ADZ

Gear pumps are suitable for pumping a precise volume dosing of liquid products (viscosity up to 40.000 Pa.s) at high pressures and temperatures up to 300 °C. The pumps can be supplied with or without heating. A gear pump uses two gear wheels for pumping liquids. The principle of the gear pump is based on the fact that the teeth of a pair of gear wheels may drift pumped liquid, while seal when they fit together. One pump is for measuring a second for pressure increase. The system is controlled by a PLC control system with a precision of less than 0.01% according to the pumped liquid.
