HORIZONTAL AUGER DOSING DEVICE AHS

Horizontal auger filler AHS is designed for smooth and precise volumetric dosing of bulk goods, particularly with heavy particles. Product is transported into the hopper by a feeding conveyor ASV. Working movement of the dosing augers AHS4 is transferred by asynchronous motors, each auger has its own motor. Augers of AHS2 dosing device are driven by servomotors, one motor is assigned for one filling place of packaging machine. Dosing equipment is made of stainless steel AISI 304 or materials approved for contact with food. The doser is controlled by the control system of the packaging machine in which the dose can be easily and precisely adjusted during operation. The size of dose is determined by the speed of rotation of the auger rotational speed and the number of auger rotations. The advantage of auger filler is its reliability, does not require operator, requires only minimal needs on maintenance, adjustment of dose is very simple and is easy to assemble.
