PACKAGING MACHINES

The company Pavel Blažek, balicí stroje s. r. o. is a leading manufacturer of vertical automatic packaging machines and complete production lines. It specializes in construction and manufacture of packaging machines, handling technology and other accessory equipment (dosing devices for loose, liquid and small piece goods, dosing piston and gear pumps, feeding and exit conveyors etc.) for one portion packing into stickpacks, flat bags, bags with folded bottom or pyramidal bags and doublesticks. The packaging machines are suitable for packing loose (sugar, salt, coffee, instant cream, tea, spices, flour, mixes, instant soups etc.), liquid (ketchup, dressings, mustard, mayonnaise, honey, oil, dry goods etc.) and small piece goods (confectionery, wooden pellets, gaskets).

Vertical packaging machines are designed for food and non-food goods packing into flat or pyramid bags sealed on three sides (longitudinal seal and two cross seals). The bags are made from an endless roll of printed packing and heat sealable foil (upon a customer´s request may be used impulse or ultrasound sealing). The foil is cut into individual narrow strips (multilane packaging machines) passing through forming parts. Forming parts and tubes are oriented from top down (vertically). Bags are then sealed lengthwise and transversely, integrated finishing blade cuts full and sealed bags off, bags fall onto an exit conveyor that transfers them for further manipulation (cartoning device, packing, palletisation etc.). An attractive shape of pyramid bags is created by two pairs of cross jaws that seal bags in 90° in rotation and make bags of a pyramid shape. Bags are sealed transversely and cut off by an integrated blade in jaws.

Packaging machines are equipped by default with automatic side foil centring, a sensor for print centring and end of foil sensor.
