ROTARY VOLUME DOSING EQUIPMENT ACV

Horizontal rotary volumetric dosing equipment designed for bulk goods. The product may be fed into the hopper by a separate feeding conveyor. The principle of this type of volume doser consists in a rotary movement of the carousel with measuring cups for packed goods dosing. The measuring cups are filled with the product during continuous rotation, one of the cups is used for product discharging and is separated from the filling performance, and the goods are emptied into a filling tube of the packaging machine. The bags are then closed by sealing jaws and separated by integrated blade. Rotary movement of the dosing carousel is performed by an asynchronous motor driven by a frequency converter. Dosing settings are done from the control panel through a second asynchronous motor. Information about the currently set dose weight can be found on the control panel SIEMENS allowing storage into the memory and recalling up to 20 different entries (weight, quality). All parts that come into contact with the filled products (food) are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The hopper and rotary plate are separated by a brush to prevent any damage of the dosed and the packed product during handling. The hopper is equipped with a product level control sensor.
