ADO 4/2T EXIT/OUTFEED CONVEYOR WITH FLAP

ADO 4/2T consists of two conveyors. Separate automatic exit and outfeed L or Z-shaped conveyor is designed to move packed bags from the packaging machine for further manipulation onto a simple straight and smooth conveyor ADO 1A, which automatically excludes empty bags in waste , full bags continue to the other end of the conveyor, a flap is placed there and controls the filling into cardboard boxes located below the conveyor. Both conveyors are shaped by their position into T. The advantage is the automatic two-way direction of belt movement and long-term trouble-free operation. Conveyor speed is 40 m/min., the belt width is 500 mm and length 2090 mm.
