AMN 6/5 CONVEYING SYSTEM

CPowerful, flexible and precise cartoning conveying system (station) is a set of several conveyors of different shapes and lengths amended according to spatial disposition of the production hall, customized and designed for transporting and filling of required higher amount of packed bags into carton boxes.
Conveyor system is continuation of the output conveyor that transports packed goods in individual bags from the output of the packaging machine. At the end of the exit conveyor bags fall freely onto a conveyor positioned laterally (empty bags eliminated to the right, filled bags to the left), that transports them into prepared cardboard boxes. Boxes are located in the lower conveyor situated parallel to the main conveyor, boxes are then moved along the strip of the conveyor system to the desired destination.
After counting of the required number of pieces into a carton box, the conveyor system moves filled carton box automatically, freeing space to fill another empty cardboard box. Use of such a conveyor system is particularly effective for large-scale production, also for multi-tube packaging machines with high performance, reduced effort in handling the packed goods in production halls, enabling solutions of various transport tasks.
