AMN 9/1 OUTPUT CONVEYOR

AMN 9/1 is a modular output conveyor carrying packed bags from the packaging machine automatically to cartoning equipment ensuring insertion and packaging of required smaller group of bags into cardboard boxes.
The conveyor is divided into individual routes according to the number of lanes/tubes of the packaging machine. Each route of composed conveyor system moves individual bags continuously or by steps in rows (one behind another) into trays, wherein the bags are grouped in the desired amount and detained by valve, which upon receiving a signal from the packaging machine opens and the group of bags is inserted onto a conveyor with compartments, which will move bag groups automatically towards cartoning machine. Cartoning machine automatically folds box of individual size, inserts the group of bags in. The filled box is closed and moved to the next operation.
