LINE CONSISTS OF:
FILLING ROTATION STATION - equipped with 6 positions: bag gripping, bag opening + forming, bag filling, bag closing and vibrating, bag sealing and bag exit.
DOSING UNIT - suitable for filled product, located on a robust holder with safety covering.
CONVEYOR - transport of empty bags, individual compartments.
EXIT CONVEYOR – straight belt for transport of filled bags from filling station.
ROTATING TABLE - cumulating of filled bags, further manipulation.
SILO – storage of product (optional).
FEEDING CONVEYOR - Z-shape, transport of product from silo to hopper of dosing unit (optional).
OPERATION CYCLE
- operator inserts empty bags into individual compartments of bag feeding conveyor
- feeding conveyor transports bags to automatic feeder
- automatic feeder removes top bag by suction cups and manipulation arm displaces bag to position 1 of the rotating carousel/filling system 6 positions)
- bag is opened and formed in position 2, filled with product in position 3, closed and vibrated in position 4 and sealed by cross sealing jaws in position 5. Bag is then released onto exit conveyor in position 6 that transport filled bags for further manipulation.
- line may be also equipped with silo for product supply and feeding conveyor transporting product from silo to hopper of suitable dosing unit
