TSTIX series

Packaging machine ABM EN Tstix series are high-performance, reliable, fully automated, multi-tube vertical packing machines suitable for packaging of loose tea into flat stickpacks. These packaging machines are equipped with a special gear dosing equipment for loose tea dispensing. The bags are made from an endless special heat sealable perforated foil. Foil is cut into narrow strips according to the number of tubes and then passes through forming part and is sealed longitudinally. Created hose is then closed by cross jaws, the packaged goods are filled through created hose and when the bag is pulled for the set length, the bag is sealed transversely and cut off by in-built blade. Made bags fall onto an exit conveyor and are transported for further handling. All parts coming into contact with the packaged goods are made from food safe stainless steel AISI 304 (on request also from AISI 316L). Packaging machine can be combined with other optional accessories.
