AVP SEMI-AUTOMATIC WEIGHING AND BAGGING DEVICE

Semi-automatic weighing and bagging equipment is used for weighing and bagging of loose bulk goods. It features by a robust construction and excellent dust protection with regard to the weighed material. Manual labor of operators consists of insterting empty paper or plastic bags to a filling nozzle, which is mounted by electro-pneumatic jaws and product is automatically weighed. Bags support automatically shakes the goods during filling, signaling beacon informs personnel to about complete cycle, the operator removes filled bag from a valve onto a rotating table and by turning the table the bag moves onto a belt, thus the cycle is completed. The output of the device is 160 to 300 bags per hour (depending on the skill of the operator and filled quantity).
